MARCH INTENTION

GLOWMENTUM

INSIDE THE SHEET

The March Workshop:

Inside this month’s workshop, we explore Glowmentum: the idea that thoughtful systems can create momentum when they’re designed to support us automatically.

Together, we’ll look at a few behind-the-scenes techniques that allow your sheets to update and adapt automatically—simple enhancements that bring your digital trackers to life and allow them to evolve with your workflow.

We'll also look at ways to enhance your trackers so they respond to your work instead of requiring constant adjustment. You’ll learn how cohesive color formatting bring structure and consistency to your trackers, how subtle formatting choices—like clean borders and intentional spacing—improve clarity, and how small visual shifts can transform a tracker into a tool that feels calm and organized.

The goal of the workshop isn’t simply to improve how a spreadsheet looks. It’s to learn how thoughtful systems can quietly support your work, organize your thinking, and help your plans move forward with greater ease.

Because when a system is designed with intention, it doesn’t just track progress. It helps create momentum.

MARCH GLOWMENTUM

The March Intention Drop:

Systems That Move Things Forward.

March arrives with a different kind of urgency.

The new-year energy has faded.

The calendar is full.

And the question quietly shifts from planning to progress.

Are things actually moving forward?

Because momentum rarely disappears all at once. It slips quietly.

An assignment missed here.

A student falling behind there.

Small signals that something in the system isn’t working.

But momentum isn’t built by doing more. It’s built by building systems that reveal what’s happening.
