The easiest way to access a fresh new Google Sheet Template is to simply type "sheets.new" in the URL. Peep the video!

This saves you so much time since you don't have to formally go into your Google Drive account and use the menus to navigate to a new Google Sheet. It's also quicker than searching for a new Google Sheet via Google.
