Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel any renewing plan online at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Because every plan opens downloadable templates right away, payments are not refundable except in the cases below.
1How to cancel
- Log in at allthingsteachrm321.com in a web browser (not the Kajabi app).
- Click your profile picture at the top of the page, then Settings.
- Click Billing.
- Click the ··· next to your TLB Vault plan and choose Cancel subscription.
You will get an email confirming it. Or email lashaymamuya@gmail.com with the subject “Cancel” and we will cancel it within 1 business day. You never need to call or explain why.

3Refunds
All payments are final once access opens, because templates can be copied the moment you are in. We will refund you if:
- You were charged after you canceled
- You were charged twice for the same thing
- A Yearly plan renewed and you email us within 7 days of the renewal without having opened the Vault since
To ask for a refund, email lashaymamuya@gmail.com from the email address on your account.
4Payment plans
A payment plan, like 3 payments for Lifetime, is a commitment to every payment, not a subscription you can cancel. If a payment fails, we will email you to update your card. If it is not fixed within 7 days, access pauses until it is.
