Terms of Use

These terms cover the TLB Vault, the On Demand library, the Track Like a Boss course, Behind the Sheets and everything else sold at allthingsteachrm321.com by All Things Teach Rm 321 LLC. By buying or using any of it, you agree to them.

1Your account

Your login is for one person. Please don't share it. Keep your password safe and your email address current so you get billing and access emails.

2What your plan includes

Each plan includes what its checkout page lists. Monthly and Quarterly plans open more of the Vault over time, as shown at checkout. We add, update and sometimes retire templates and trainings, so the Vault may look different over time, but your plan level stays the same.

3Your license to use the templates

Every template, dashboard, tracker, guide, video and course lesson is protected by copyright and owned by All Things Teach Rm 321 LLC. When you copy a template, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it in your own classroom or caseload.

You may

Make copies for your own classroom and students
Change colors, labels and content to fit your classroom
Share student-facing views with your own students and their families

You may not

Share templates, links or your login with other teachers, schools or districts
Resell, give away or re-upload any template, original or edited, anywhere (including Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy or a shared drive)
Use the templates or lessons to create products you sell
Buy one plan for a whole school or team

4Copies you've already made

Copies you made while your plan was active stay in your Google Drive and remain licensed for your own classroom use after you cancel. You lose access to the Vault, new templates and the trainings that weren't yours to keep.

5Payments and renewals

Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Lifetime is a one-time payment, or a payment plan when one is offered. Payment plans are a commitment to every payment; if a payment fails and isn't fixed, access pauses until it is. You can cancel a renewing plan anytime online from your account settings, under Billing, or by emailing lashaymamuya@gmail.com. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The cancellation and refund policy on each checkout page has the details.

6Price changes

If the price of your plan ever changes, we'll email you 7 to 30 days before the new price takes effect, with instructions to cancel if you'd rather not continue.

7Data in your templates

Templates live in your own Google account. We never see or collect the student information you enter. You're responsible for following your school's and district's student privacy rules.

8No guarantees

We work hard to make every template work well, but they're provided as they are. We're not responsible for lost data, Google outages or decisions made from the information in your templates. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

9Ending access

We may end access, without a refund, for anyone who shares, resells or redistributes our materials or breaks these terms.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new date at the top and email members about any big change.
